Mental health is important to our overall well-being because it affects how we think, feel, handle stress, and interact with others.

For the past few months, a group of FCPS employees have been participating in 12 week wellness journey lead by Dr. Ritu Saluja-Sharma MD, Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Integrative Nutrition Coach and founder of Head Heart Hands. We wrapped up the final class with lots of WINS. Recently Laurie Owens, Patrice Thomas and Traci George were awarded a cookbook. Congrats Laurie, Patrice, and Traci! Not everyone was present for the photos.
We anticipate offering this transformative opportunity again in the fall, stay tuned for more details.
