Steps to FINALIZE enrollment in FCC Dual Enrollment Courses for 2021-2022 School Year
If you signed up to take any Frederick Community College Dual Enrollment courses in the 2021-2022 school year, there are still additional steps you must take to ensure you have a seat in the class.
IMPORTANT: In order to secure your seat(s) in the course(s), you must finalize your enrollment in the courses. Follow the instructions below to finalize your enrollment. Enrollment in FCC classes is limited, and seats will be filled in the order that completed packets are received.
1. APPLY TO FCC here if you have not yet done so.
On the application, under “Enrollment,” check “Dual Enrollment.” Application is free/no obligation. Do NOT use your FCPS email address. After you complete the application, FCC will send you an FCC ID number and FCC email address. Save this, as you will need the information!
2. Complete and Submit the Dual Enrollment Participation Form to the MHS Counseling Office ASAP. Email PDFs (no pictures) to Ms. Bertulaitis (jennifer.bertulait@fcps.org) or drop off/send hard copies to the MHS Counseling Center.
- IMPORTANT: You MUST include your FCC ID number on this form. It will be considered incomplete if your ID number is not listed. List ALL of the FCC courses you will be taking next year.
Please refer to the information below to assist you in filling out the chart on the back of the Dual Enrollment Participation form:
