Volunteers Needed! Being a part of the PTSA Leadership is a great way to meet new parents, get involved, and make a difference. The MHS PTSA is still in need of volunteers for the following: -Baccalaureate Chairperson - Responsible for forming a committee and planning for the annual baccalaureate program for Graduating Seniors! -Scholarships Committee - Responsible for managing the scholarship program, where MHS PTSA awards two $500 scholarships to graduating seniors with the winning essay nomination.
PTSA Membership Please be on the lookout for PTSA membership forms coming home soon, including the "Write a Check" donation option. You don't need to join to support us financially. Almost all of the standard membership fees collected go to the county and state PTA that charters us. Please consider making an additional donation to support the PTSA events throughout the year. Among other things, we do several staff appreciation events, donate to the school beautification program, offer two college scholarships to graduating seniors, and support student programs throughout the year selected by Principal Quesada. In addition, the PTSA sponsors the Baccalaureate service for our seniors during graduation week. Please visit the PTSA website for more information or email us at ptsamiddletownhs@gmail.com
