Message From The Principal
Hello MHS Parents and Families,
While we were excited to start welcoming back students to MHS this past week, I ask for your continued patience and partnership as we navigate the weeks ahead. Although we have planned and prepared as much as we can, we recognize that sometimes we will need to make changes. I have every confidence that we will be successful as we continue to work together. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
Next week is National FFA week. Our Middletown High FFA is the oldest continuously running FFA program in the state. We are also one of the largest FFA chapters with 151 members. The agriculture program was named the top program in the state for 2019-2020 by the Maryland Agricultural Teacher's Association. The Middletown FFA Chapter strives to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education. We are very proud of our agricultural heritage at MHS and our FFA program, which has enriched the lives of so many of our current students and our alumni. Thank you to our advisors Ms. Sara Seiser and Ms. Sarah Shriner for their hard work with the FFA all year long.
Thank you and have a good weekend.
Sincerely, Bernie Quesada Principal
