Message From Principal Quesada
Greetings MHS Families, We have had an opportunity to visit many of our classes and have been impressed with the focus that our students and staff have demonstrated in these first weeks of our fully virtual semester. We know communication is essential, so please do not hesitate to reach out to your teachers, counselors, administrators if you have any questions.
Today, we mark the 19th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center in New York City, The Pentagon in Washington DC, and on flight United 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. I hope that you are able to take time today as a family to remember the many lives that were lost on that tragic day. On Dec. 18, 2001, the United States Congress designated September 11th as Patriot Day, a national day of service that calls Americans across the country to volunteer in their local communities to honor the sacrifice of so many on that day and many days since. With that in mind, please look for ways to help our community through service and volunteering this fall.
With best wishes for a safe and enjoyable weekend.
