UHS DRAMA DEPARTMENT 2022-2023 SEASON ANNOUNCEMENT
The UHS Drama Department is proud to present its 2022-2023 Season, "A Season You Can Count On!" We invite you on October 20-22, to witness the magic of 67 Cinderellas. Prince Dalliance is in search of his Cinderella, but he believes so much in magic, that he insists the woman he loves is the woman whose foot can fit in the shoe! What will happen when multiple ladies' feet fit in the shoe? Experience this comedic, satirical and parodic look at the common fairy tale tropes. Four ALMOST weddings in one day and more!
In January, the UHS Drama Department presents the classic, 12 Angry Jurors. This play tells the story of a jury of twelve individuals as they deliberate the conviction or acquittal of a person charged with murder on the basis of reasonable doubt. Disagreement and conflict among them force the jurors to question their morals and values. For two weekends, experience a production like no other, as the audience will be sitting on stage, inside the deliberation room, with the jury. This show will run for two weekends and will feature two very different casts.
On March 23-25, we welcome you to experience 13! The Musical. This is a coming of age story perfect for teens, tweens and those who love them! This show tells the story of Evan Goldman as he grapples with his parents' divorce, prepares for his impending Bar Mitzvah and navigates the complicated social circles of a new school.
All tickets for our Mainstage Productions are $10.00 and are available on Showtix4u.com.
Be on the lookout for our annual Broadway Backwards Cabaret in December, our annual F-Wing Live Showcase event in April, our Dinner Theater in May, and more!
Visit UHSdrama.org for more information.
