The Senior Survey has been assigned to students as a task in Naviance. This is a questionnaire designed to gather data related to each student's high school experience and post-secondary plans.
Completing this survey also ensures that final senior transcripts are sent electronically to the college the student is attending.
Please continue to also update college decision information in Naviance.
Please also update the college you are attending under "College I am attending" - found just under the "colleges I'm applying to" list.

NATIONAL SCHOOL FREE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH PROGRAM Breakfast and lunch meals are FREE for ALL FCPS students for the 2021-2022 school year. Breakfast and lunch are available on days when students are in school. Please note that snacks, ice cream, and drinks (other than milk) are not free and must be purchased from the cafeteria.
We encourage families to complete the free and reduced-price meal benefits application even though all children receive meals at no charge because the USDA provides funds that support the nutrition program based on your child's eligibility. Eligibility for free or reduced-price meal reimbursement is based on the following annual income eligibility guidelines effective from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
If you have previously received free and reduced-price meal benefits, you must re-apply for the 2021-22 school year.
FCPS is committed to safe and drug free schools. Check out our resources page at: http://www.fcps.org/academics/Safe-Drug-Free-Schools.cfm and additional assistance available through the Frederick County Health Department at: http://health.frederickcountymd.gov/131/Behavioral-Health-Services

NOTE: We are unable to update the address in our system until we receive a copy of the new proof of residency. It typically takes 3-5 business days for the transportation department to assign a bus after the update is made in the student system.
