Message From The Principal's Desk
Dear Titan Families,
Next week is National Teacher Appreciation Week. While we normally might give a token appreciation to teachers during normal
times, it's challenging to do that right now. So I'm going to ask all
Titan Students and Parents to consider the best gift of all - your
sincere words. Take the time this weekend, or next week to compose
a brief email to a teacher or staff member at Tuscarora who has made
a difference for you this semester, this year, or at any point during
your high school career. Teachers and staff love this simple act of
kindness. It's personal and meaningful. Take the time, open up a
couple of emails and let your teachers know that what they do
matters.
Speaking of recognition, we continue to have a good number
students nominated by teachers for the Student of the Week, this
and every week. It's awesome to see how much students have
persevered in a different learning environment. Frankly, given
everything we have been through in the past calendar year plus, you
all are heroes to me and Students of the Week to us all. But I hope in
some way, if you see your name, you know that your hard work has
not gone unrecognized by your teachers and THS staff members.
Enjoy the weekend... get outside if you are able once the wind dies
down, and continue to keep those around you well!
With Titan Pride
Christopher Berry
Principal
