Parents we need your help:
1. Please make sure your students are in school.

3. Please make sure your student brings their Chromebook CHARGED each day.
4. Please have students bring their FCPS issued school Chromebooks – students CANNOT take this test on a personal device.
5. Ensure that students eat a good breakfast.
6. Encourage students to get a good night's sleep.
Please note the important dates listed below:
MCAP (Math) This test is for ALL students. The test will occur on April 19 and 20. We will complete two sessions each morning. The entire school will follow a two-hour delay schedule (with students arriving on time by 8:00 am).
MCAP (Language Arts) This test is for ALL students. The test will occur on April 24, 25, 26 and 27. We will complete one session each morning. The entire school will follow a two-hour delay schedule (with students arriving on time by 8:00 am).
MCAP (Social Studies) This test is for 8th grade students only. The test will occur on May 1, 2, 3 and 4 in our 8th grade Social Studies classes only. However, the whole school will follow a modified schedule on the first day of the test.
The Art department needs volunteers to hang art in the hallway. No artistic experience needed. Please contact Ms. Banes at cheryl.banes@fcps.org with your available times and days.
We also still need large cereal boxes. You can drop them off in the front office or send them in with your student.
Thank you!
Snack Donations Please!
We are in need of Tutoring Snack Donations for approximately 40 students twice per week through April.
Please consider donating unperishable snacks such as granola bars, cookies, crackers, chips, pretzels, etc.
Donations can be brought to the front office.
Thank You!
