Good Morning Eagle Families,
I hope you have had time to review both the "Hybrid Schedule Review" and the "FAQ: Transition to Hybrid " videos that were sent out in earlier communications. If not, you can access each video below:
Later today I will be hosting the first of two Hybrid Town Hall Meetings in which I will address any remaining questions about the hybrid instructional model. Tonight’s meeting is scheduled for 6:30PM and will take place via Google Meet. Parents/guardians and students are invited to join the meeting by clicking on the following Google Meet link:
I will be hosting the second Hybrid Town Hall Meeting on Friday, January 22 at 9:00AM via Google Meet. Parents/guardians and students can join Friday’s meeting by clicking on the Google Meet link posted above.
Unfortunately, Google Meet has a maximum capacity of 250 participants. Therefore, depending on how many people join the meeting, you may not be able to enter. If you are unable to access the meeting tonight, I hope you will be able to join us during the Friday morning session.
Before entering the Google Meet, as well as, during the meeting I would ask that you make sure your microphone is muted. This is necessary to limit any noise/feedback and ensure all participants can hear the conversation. If you have a specific question, you may type the question in the chat box and I will make sure that your question is answered as quickly as possible. During our meeting, I will share a presentation with all of the questions that were collected from the questionnaire. I am hopeful that by the end of the meeting your questions about the hybrid model will be answered.
Lastly, I want to share that updated student schedules and cohort information will be mailed home on Friday, January 22. Additionally, we will also be sharing a variety of information over the next several weeks including updates about our transition to hybrid learning, orientation videos/opportunities, and transportation updates. Please continue to closely monitor your email for Find Out First messages from OMS.
Sincerely,
Daniel Enck
Principal
