It’s that time again!!
Middle School Students are proud to announce that Field Day is Thursday, May 25th. This year the Middle School Students have chosen Medieval Times as the theme. Research was conducted and each station will reflect activities that occurred during that time period. We will be at Baker Park all day. Field Day starts Teachers and Instructional Aides will be with the students. Administration, the nurse, and the health tech will be located at the Gazebo with medications. Lunch will be set up at the park this year so that children can relax for 30 minutes. The restrooms in the band shell will be open for our use.
Each child should have a hat, sunscreen, a towel, and a refillable water bottle. Students should wear clothes that can get dirty and athletic shoes. For safety reasons, students MAY NOT wear sandals, Crocs, flip flops or Keene’s sandals. There will be stations where students will be getting wet. Students may bring goggles if they wish. **It is highly recommended that all items be labeled with your child’s name.**
If parents would like to come to observe, please understand that younger siblings may not participate in any station. Parents are only allowed to observe unless they are signed up as a volunteer. Please let the MS students run their stations.
Parent volunteers will need to sign in at the front office. Following these guidelines will ensure that everyone will have a great time.
