ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS TAKING AP EXAMS We are just over a week away from the start of AP exams. All AP exams will be administered in an online format and take 45 minutes. AP Exams begin on Monday, May 11, 2020. Prior to test day, it is critical that students have completed the following steps to ensure a positive testing experience. Parents and students should view the 2020 AP Testing Guide which is designed to help students walk through their test day. The guide provides information about the AP Exam e-ticket, five important steps to take prior to test day, understanding the test day experience, and exam scores, credit and placement. Testing Guide: https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/pdf/ap-testing-guide-2020.pdf?SFMC_cid=EM305179-&rid=123429682 Starting on May 4, you can access an AP 2020 Exam Demo at https://ap2020examdemo.collegeboard.org/?excmpid=mtg638-2-gd. This demo will allow you to practice the different ways to submit your responses. Completing this demo will help students confirm that their testing device will be able to access and run the online exam. If you can't connect to this demo from your planned testing device, you'll not be able to access the real exam on test day. The final slide of the Testing Guide has troubleshooting tips. The content in this demo is the same for all users and should not be considered a practice exam. ALL AP STUDENTS SHOULD TAKE THIS IMPORTANT PREPARATION STEP TO AVOID POTENTIAL ISSUES ON EXAM DAY. Print and complete the 2020 AP Exam Checklist for each exam. Students should keep this next to them while testing. Students should have their AP ID readily available.
