Parking Permits will be available for pickup for 12th and IB students who qualify (have completed all required documentation, and paid the $20 fee in school cash online) from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Wednesday August 10th in the Media Center. *Please use the Main Entrance*
Students should bring their drivers license, car registration, and school cash online receipt. The Parking Rules and Regulations form should be signed by both the student and the parent/guardian. If you have not yet emailed it, please bring the signed copy with you (to speed up the line).
11th graders and any other 12th/IB that qualify (same as above) may pick-up parking permits on Thursday August 15th between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
** Students must have a drivers license to purchase a parking permit. As students obtain their drivers license throughout the year they may complete parking permit registration, provided parking spaces are available.**

Application Instructions:
· Step 1: Complete all information on the Parking Application via this Google Form (link)
· Step 2: Student and parent/guardian must read, print out, and sign the UHS Parking Rules & Regulations
· Step 3: Parking Permit Pickup August 10th 1-4 (12th, IB) August 15th 9-12 (12th, IB, 11th)
To obtain a Parking Permit please bring the following:
1.Vehicle registration (and alternate registration if applicable)
2.Student’s driver’s license
3.Signed UHS Parking Rules & Regulations document
4. Receipt
Students will make payment ($20) on school cash online. Payment will open for 12th/IB at midnight 8/8 and for 11th at 4:00 PM 8/10.
**Please use the Main Entrance to pick up Parking Permits in the Media Center.**

Parking Lot Violations:
During school hours, student parking spaces on the Urbana High School campus are limited to UHS permitted students.
Student vehicles parked illegally or improperly for one or more of the following reasons will be subject to ticketing:
· Failure to Display a Student Parking Permit · Parked in a Reserved Area or Staff Space · Parked in a Non-Parking Area
Fines should be paid in the AP Office within (5) school days. Unpaid fines are carried as a school obligation and may lead to a loss of parking privilege
