Priorities included in the Superintendent's Recommended Budget are: Priority 1. Ensure the highest caliber of employee at every level in FCPS by offering competitive salaries, professional learning, and a workplace that promotes civility and wellness.
Priority 2. Provide staffing and resources to support the growing needs of our students in the areas of mental health, language acquisition, early education, special education and intervention.
Priority 3. Develop sufficient replacement cycles to provide the technology resources to support instruction and business functions.
Priority 4. Respond to the demands of increasing enrollment and new accountability requirements.
