Voting for the Student Member of the Board (SMOB) is now open. Voting will close at 5:00 p.m. on February 7.
All secondary students (grades 6-12) in schools with student government representation through the Frederick County Association of Student Councils (FCASC) may exercise their right to representation through the voting process!

A student must be logged into his/her FCPS student account through google chrome to access the ballot.
The FCASC General Assembly electoral vote will take place at the group’s General Assembly on Thursday, February 20 at the FCPS Staff Development Center.
The SMOB is a non-voting member of the Board Of Education who represents the voice of all FCPS students. The SMOB attends BOE meetings, provides comments to the BOE and has a vote recorded as public record.
