Make plans to attend the 2018 Mr. Catoctin Pageant! This isn’t your ordinary pageant – these contestants won’t have evening gowns or bouffant hairdos, but they’ll dazzle the audience for sure! The contestants, nine guys from the senior class, will dance a group number, impersonate Catoctin teachers, showcase their talents, and answer onstage questions while wearing their best threads. Who will be crowned? Be there to find out!!! Friday March 2 at, 7:00 p.m. in the CHS Auditorium. Ticket Prices: $8 in advance / $10 at the door. Purchase advance tickets from contestants, escorts, emcees, Ms. Campbell, or Ms. Newman. All proceeds benefit 2018 Safe & Sane.

Terrific Makerspace Tuesdays! Do you like thinking outside the box? Do you enjoy challenging your mind? Come into the library on for a “Terrific Makerspace Tuesday” and have some fun with us! That’s right, it’s back! Come build and invent on March 13th, 27th as well as April 3rd and 17th. Don’t forget to sign up in the library! Ask Mrs. Mills for more details.
Advanced Placement Testing Registration: It's time to register and order your exams! If you intend to take the AP exam for your course, you must register online and pay before March 23, 2018. Please complete all of the following steps to ensure your test will be ordered:
AP Testing will be held at the Thurmont Activities Center on the following dates and times: May 7, 12:00 pm- Psychology; May 8, 8:00 am- Spanish Language & Culture; May 9, 8:00 am-English Literature & Composition; May 10, 8:00 am-U.S. Government & Politics; May 10, 12:00 pm-Environmental Science; May 11, 8:00 am-U.S. History; May 14, 8:00 am-Biology; May 15, 8:00 am-Calculus AB/BC; May 16, 8:00 am-English Language and Composition; May 17, 12:00 pm-Statistics; May 18, 8:00 am-Human Geography. HersheyPark Tickets: The Leo Club is selling tickets to HersheyPark for $32 each. Tickets must be ordered by March 28 and can be used anytime throughout the 2018 park season. In addition, sign up for the annual Catoctin-Leo Meet on Memorial Day. Bus transprortation provided. See Mrs. Herrmann for details on tickets or the trip.

College Visits - Sign up on Naviance to meet with college representatives or see Mr. Zimmerman in the guidance office. All meetings are held in Room 101 (across from upper parking lot doors) during STEP.
Student Services Bulletin: The CHS Student Services Bulletin is published on the second week of each month. You can view all of the bulletins in your Naviance account.
