UPDATING AND UNSUBSCRIBING: When people continue to get email from a school or news selection they have removed or after they have unsubscribed, it is most often because they have more than one account and only changed one. When parents or employees continue to get information for prior schools/grade levels, it is typically because they added a Community Member account or a school/grade-level news group; FCPS updates parent/staff relationships to schools and parent grade level relationships, not news groups when a parent also selects those. SMS TEXT MESSAGES: FCPS only uses text messaging when unexpectedly closing. All other FindOutFirst messaging is via email.
*Free email services such as Gmail deliver our emergency notices, whereas cable TV companies serving as Internet Service Providers (ISPs) may block emergency email from ezcommunicator.com because it goes to so many subscribers. Some ISPs accept delivery but don't forward the message to the user's inbox; in this case we recommend that you take steps to "whitelist" the domain ezcommunicator.com. Here's how. You may include both a Primary and Secondary email address for each FindOutFirst account.
